Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna with a final grade of 110 full cum laude.
1998-1999: He gained experience in the auditing field at a primary independent auditing firm.
Since 2000: He started his professional career at Studio Serantoni in the role of collaborator.
He has been an associate of Studio Serantoni since 2007.
He has enrolled in several specialisation Master degree programmes on extraordinary subjects (extraordinary transactions, company valuation, company transfer, recovery and debt restructuring plans, and transfer pricing).
As a consultant, he has built up experience in the accounting, taxation and corporate areas, and has held - and still holds today - the position of auditor in a number of companies.
He mainly deals with tax and corporate consultancy, company assistance, company valuations, both domestic and international extraordinary corporate transactions, and recovery and debt restructuring plans.
Member of the Inland Revenue Relations Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Bologna.
Speaker at seminars and various courses.
He speaks fluent English.
