Professional public accountant, external auditor, member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Bologna since 1992.
Degree in Economics and Business cum laude from the University of Bologna in 1989.
He gained seven years of experience at the Bologna offices of a primary independent auditing firm and ended his appointment there with the qualification of manager.
He started his professional career at Studio Serantoni e Associati in 1997, and has been been partner since 2000.
He mainly handles tax and corporate advice, corporate assistance, company valuations, accounting and tax due diligence, and extraordinary business transactions both in Italy and internationally, including listing companies on the Italian Stock Exchange.
He serves as Auditor and supervisory Director at national and multinational companies.
He also holds the office of Chairman of the independent auditing firm Athena Audit Srl.
He is member of the Accounting Standards and Audit Standards Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Bologna.
He has been a speaker at seminars and courses. He has collaborated with the editorial staffs of several trade journals and has published various articles on economy and finance.
He speaks fluent English and French.
