Professional public accountant, certified financial auditor, member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Bologna since 1991.
Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna in 1990.
He gained two years of experience at the Bologna offices of Arthur Andersen, Audit division.
He pursued his professional career at Studio Serantoni e Associati in the role of collaborator. He has been an associate since 2000.
As a consultant, he has built up experience in the accounting, taxation and corporate areas, and has held - and still holds today - the position of auditor in a number of companies.
He has completed several specialisation Master degrees in International Tax Law, Extraordinary Transactions and IAS/IFRS International Accounting Standards, and has attended a number of specialisation courses in the tax, corporate and business fields.
He mainly deals with tax and corporate consultancy, company assistance, company valuations, and both domestic and international extraordinary corporate transactions. He has provided his assistance and coordination expertise as a company and ownership consultant in listing major companies on the Italian Stock Exchange.
President of the Association of Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Bologna.
He speaks fluent German and English.
