Francesco Serantoni
Certified Public Accountant, External Auditor
Founding partner of Studio Serantoni e Associati, certified public accountant, external auditor, entered on the Register of Chartered Accountants of Bologna since 1963.
He supervises and manages all of the firm’s activities and personal sees to the most important corporate finance and extraordinary finance transactions handled by the firm.
He serves as Auditor in various joint-stock companies, and has held offices in several banks and primary financial institutions, as well as listed companies. He has particularly held the offices of Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of BPER - Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banca Popolare di Ravenna SpA.
He speaks fluent English.
