Certified Public Accountant, Statutory Auditor, enrolled on the Bologna Register of Certified Public Accountants since 2004.
He graduated in Economics and Business cum laude from the University of Bologna.
He gained two years’ auditing experience at a leading auditing firm.
He joined Studio Serantoni e Associati in 2000.
He has been a partner at the Studio since 2007.
He mainly deals with tax and corporate consultancy, business assistance, generational transitions, company valuations, extraordinary corporate operations, remediation plans and debt restructuring.
He has participated in various Master’s courses (extraordinary operations, company valuations, business transfer, remediation plans and debt restructuring, transfer pricing, expert negotiator in business crisis).
He has developed experience in accounting, tax and corporate consultancy and has worked and still works as a statutory auditor and auditor for various companies.
He is a member of the World of Cooperation Commission of the Bologna Register of Certified Public Accountants.
He speaks at seminars and courses.
He speaks fluent English.
