She graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna in 1996 and gained experience at various professional firms.
In 2001 she gained a Master’s in Fiscal-Tax matters for Tax Consulting Firms.
She is currently an Associate Partner at Studio Serantoni e Associati, where she has worked full-time since 2004.
She has developed experience in accounting, tax and corporate consultancy.
She mainly deals with:
- tax consultancy and corporate assistance on an ongoing basis, from day-by-day services to solving the most complex tax issues relating to extraordinary operations;
- property taxation on direct and indirect taxes and building bonuses;
- local and international tax consultancy for individuals;
- successions.
She has spoken at seminars and courses.
